Our Shop Policies
Interplanetary Designs wants to make payment options as easy as possible. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with PayPal or any other form of payment, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will assist you in anyway that we can.
If you need to cancel your order for any reason before it is shipped, please contact us through an Etsy message, and we’ll cancel the order. We’ll do our best to respond as quickly as possible, and we’ll check for a message from you before we ship.
If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, I can include a personal message card from you for no extra charge. If you would like this service please let me know what you would like the card to say.
Items are shipped in a jewelry box and packaged securely for shipping.
Interplanetary Designs ships from the USA. Not all shipping options include tracking, so, if you have questions about shipping, or which methods include tracking information, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
We happily offer international shipping to everywhere possible. We offer calculates shipping rates and do provide an estimated time frame for international shipping, but we can’t guarantee those timeframes. Because of delays that sometimes happen when clearing customs, international shipments may take longer than expected. We do our best to get our items to you as quickly as possible, but please bear in mind that with international shipments, delays are sometimes unavoidable.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 10 working days of receiving your package. We will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis with a firm commitment to customer service.
It’s extremely important to us that you love your new jewelry. We understand that everyone is unique and we want your jewelry to fit you perfectly. All of our designs are done to a default length, but we are happy to adjust lengths, sizes, and fits of all of our products. Contact us with your specific requirements and we’ll be happy to accommodate.
Interplanetary Designs welcomes custom design orders. Pricing for custom designs is determined based on material costs and complexity, and will be provided before a purchase is made. Please feel free to contact us with your needs and we look forward to creating your unique piece.
